State Rep. Maldonado is teaming up with the City of Hutto to host an informational workshop on how home and business owners can shop for their retail electric provider. This free workshop will go through all of the steps and options available to consumers to help them choose a provider that offers the best rates, options or terms that work for their unique situation.

“I am honored to join with the Public Utility Commission and the City of Hutto to bring this worthwhile event to the community,” said Maldonado. “Being informed is the number one way residents can ensure that they are getting the best value for the energy they use in their
home or business, and this workshop will provide citizens with the necessary knowledge to choose their energy provider.”

Representatives from the Public Utility Commission will be on hand to offer solutions and to answer your questions about how to make the best decision when choosing your electric provider.
