With over a decade of experience in public service, community development, and strategic coaching, Diana combines heartfelt leadership with real-world insight to help aspiring candidates step confidently into public life.
She made history as the first Latina elected to represent her district in the Texas House of Representatives, and today, she uses her platform to train the next generation of diverse leaders to run—and win.
